I'm a freelance writer, specialising in health, fitness and sport. I'm also excellent at running really hard races quite badly (see opposite).
I've recently left my position as editor of Men's Running magazine where, among other things, I ran round a 400m track for 24 hours, scaled a volcano, ran a 63-mile ultra marathon and interviewed the heavyweight champion of the world.
I'm now braving the world of freelance, and have written for the likes of The Guardian, Red Bull UK, Healthy for Men, Countryfile and Leisure Kicks.
Based in north London, when I'm not writing I enjoy trail running, travelling and climbing to the peaks of the capital.
